Alanna
SUPPORT COORDINATOR
A Little About Alanna
I have been working in health and disability roles with over 20 years’ experience across health, mental health, nutrition and paramedicine, including five years as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
I provide person-centred, strengths-based support and partner effectively with participants, families and providers to deliver practical, individualised outcomes.
I am a strong advocate for people living with rare disease and disability, including those with complex or poorly understood diagnoses.
My specialty is supporting life transitions, particularly hospital-to-home discharge, by prioritising each person’s goals, needs and safety.
I am known for my calm, non-judgemental approach and my ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to support participants with complex needs in the way they want and need.

Janelle
SUPPORT COORDINATOR
A Little About Janelle
I have worked in the community services sector for almost 20 years, with experience across childcare services, day programs, and community support. I am passionate about advocating for people who need support, helping to build their capacity, strengthen their voice, and ensure they feel heard.
To me, being a Support Coordinator is a privilege, it means being trusted into someone’s personal world, and I believe that trust deserves compassion, professionalism, and genuine commitment.
I believe there is no such thing as a small step, every step forward is a milestone worth celebrating. My approach is person-centred, focused on empowering individuals to grow, achieve their goals, and thrive in their own unique way.
I hold qualifications ranging from Children’s Services to a Diploma of Disability, along with additional studies and professional development across the sector.
My experience spans children’s services, dementia care, disability, corrections, and degenerative diseases.

Bri
SUPPORT COORDINATOR
A Little About Bri
I pride myself on being passionate and approachable. I genuinely enjoy working alongside people to make sense of their supports and feel more confident in their everyday lives. I understand that navigating the NDIS and other mainstream systems can feel overwhelming at times, so I focus on making things simpler, clearer, and more manageable.
I have experience supporting people across a range of situations, my speciality is working closely with Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, complex support needs and hospital discharge transitions. I’m passionate at helping connect the dots between services, making sure everything works together in a way that feels right for you.
I take the time to listen, understand what matters most to you, and support you to move towards your goals at your own pace.
Whether it’s problem-solving, navigating challenges, or celebrating progress, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and in control - so you can get the most out of your plan and live the life you choose.
